Question Help!Difference between XR Interaction Toolkit, the Oculus integration asset, Oculus XR Plugin?

    Dear fellow Unity enthusiasts,
    can someone explain to me as simply and comprehensibly as possible what the differences between the 'Oculus Integration Asset' and the following packages are?
    - Oculus XR plugin
    - OpenXR plugin
    - XR Interaction Toolkit

    What are the differences? How are they related? Is there a current architecture graphic for this somewhere? Which of these do I need to make a VR application for Oculus if I want to have as few dependencies or packages as possible?
    Please help, I've researched but I'm even more confused than at the beginning.

    I watched the video, but I'm still not getting it :(
    The open questions there like:
    - Do I still need to import Oculus Integration from the asset store if I'm Using XR Integration?
    - If not, how do I set App ID from Oculus website?
