Help deleting an image from Google search results

Hello,

I am wondering how I can hide an image linked to my name from Google?
If I search for my name on Google and select "images" I can find my old profile picture (which I no longer use) linking to this https://forum.unity.com/threads/spritesheet-creation.869254/ thread I created.

I have since removed that profile picture from my account and would rather it not be on the internet anymore.

Is there a way this image can be completely unlinked from that forum post, or could the forum post be deleted in any way? I just want this image to go away.

Seems like it exists only in Google's search cache now. Eventually it should be recrawled and updated. Try using this process to request a quicker recrawl: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7041154?hl=en

I've seen this kind of thing before. If you look for some ways to find deleted files, cookies always save. You restore them and you'll find what you're looking for.
