    Hi I am new to Unity , i want to ask can we use assets and scripts from assets store like ( Unity Essential or other free assets or scripts ) which we get free in our commercial games.

    You can use the standard assets, yes. Other free scripts - most probably :)

    As for other assets, it might depend on the asset, but you can probably use lots of them.
