Hello, need help with downloading unity

I live way out in no place. My internet service is like dial up. Good AT&T service. I want to put unity 3d 2019 on my home computer,( game making computer ). I can't find a place that you can download an exe. program for a PC. The only one I can find download and install it. can't use that, try it and it takes about 30 hours and the download all ways time out be for it is done. Is their a place I can go to download unity that I can download and than install in on my home computer like the old days. A coffee shop about 12 mile from me have very fast service.
