    Thank you for the explanation. Indeed it solved the clipping but in my case this method introduces a new problem. My weapon starts to become "blurry" when I move around. Any idea how we can get around this?

    it is easier to reduce the scale for all first-person models

    Not really working for me... it introduces some strange "transparency" effect on the weapon. It seems that I can see through the weapon in some cases
