HDRP vs URP - is URP good for most things?

I've been learning how to get around Unity, import models and set up scenes but I'm using it more now and want to get into stylised / graphic rendering looks like Rime, Mugsters - that combine flat shading with gradients.

Will setting up a project as a Universal Rendering Pipeline be a problem?

From my understanding the URP is a lightweight pipeline good for most projects, has post processing effects, as well as being targeted to smaller / mobile platforms.

Thanks @mouurusai, I will check out that forum.

So, do you use HDRP for all your projects?

    Oh ... kay.

Looks like the URP is the current and future roadmap.

I see artists like MinionsArt preparing their shaders for URP so I'll work with this.
