    Unity 2021 2.3F1 Work URP

    It is a video file that converts some data in the HDRP Sample Template into URP.
    We converted the Effect Graph used in HDRP into URP.
    In URP, the frame rate is definitely superior.
    I'm going to apply this to URP car work.
    I'm always thankful to Unity
