Question HDRP Template

    I'm trying to learn Unity and started with Unity Hub 3.3.1. I am going through some training and it says to create a new project using the HDRP template, but there is no HDRP template, just a 3D Sample Scene (HDRP). Any suggestions on how I would go about getting a blank HDRP template? In the 2.x version it was there along with 3D + Extras. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
