HDRP Template woes ... Unity 2020.2.x (LTS), 2020.3.x (LTS), 2021.x

    Hi all,

    For the past 3 days, I have been reading up on Unity HDRP and trying to get the basic template working. No luck yet. My environment

    Windows 10 Home Edition (i7, 32 Gb memory, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 )
    Unity 2021.x, 2020.2.x (LTS), 2020.3.x (LTS)

    I tried to setup a simple HDRP project using the template provided. They all fail during "baking". Consistently. Pls see attached image and "Editor logs".

    It appears to be a SIGSEGV fault. Cannot believe that out-of-the-box Unity Editor + Template fails so consistently.

    Is it something in my environment ?. I have "windows update" showing "up to date". Dell "up to date" and Nvidia "up to date".

    Finally solved. Re-install OS, update drivers including Nvidia did'nt work.
    Upgrade OS (windows 10 pro, 21H1), update OS, Dell software, Nvidia drivers ... Worked.
    Unity QA also responded to bug-report filed. Sweet ...

    Root cause - Failed "dll" in windows 10 ... Guessing ...
