HDRP shadow maps cause performance drops

    Hi! I have started to work on lighting for my game, and noticed that when i enable shadow maps, cpu timing increases alot and my fps drops to 4(screenshot provided). However the issue is only present for realtime lights that are instantiated from prefabs in the scene. What can couse this issue and how can i fix it?

    Hello,

    We're aware of this big performance drop that is related to the resolution of the shadow map atlas and we're currently looking to find what is the cause of this problem. I'll come back to you when we have more information about this.
