HDRP Render (Resolution) scale?

    Why, in the name of Cthulhu, HDRP does not have the Render Scale function, as in Lightweight has? It's just not right. Will it be added in the future?

    I think that is added for VR support. scaling the rendertarget.
    The HD pipeline does not support VR yet.
