HDRP R11G11B10 with volumetric fog (bug)

    So, I'm finding visual colour clipping with volumetric fog in HDRP using R11G11B10. Any advice? I find I have to adjust fog distance to prevent it, and it cannot always be prevented.

    The issue manifests as colours being out of range within the volume at larger values.

    2019.1 b9 with HDRP 5.10
