HDRP procedural sky writes over shader

    So i'm working on a school project and i was writing a shader but i noticed the bottom half of the procedural sky is rendering over the shader itself and i cannot figure out why, i assume it has something todo with hdrp since i created a standard 3D project and it works fine.
    Any suggestions will be much appreciated
