HDRP planar refelction probe not working in latest HDRP 7.2.1 - Unity 2019.2.5f1

    Hi,

    I imported my unity 2019.2 project with older HDRP and reflection probe that had my custom shader working fine with proper reflection.

    In Unity 2019.3.5 the reflection seems to work ok only when camera rotation is zero in tilt axis, otherwise reflection moves as camera looks up or down.

    Anhy insight on this would be great
