I'm updating the Fireball effect from the Unity Particle Pack to HDRP. When the GameObject is stationary, it looks (and animates) correctly. However, if it's even just slightly in motion (the image below is 0.01f * Time.deltatime) it becomes blurry. No other objects are blurry, and it's moving so slowly, it's not motion blur post processing effect. I tried placing it in a new empty project, same result. Image below show a stationary and a (very slightly) moving object side by side. I have also attached an Asset Package with the prefab. Any ideas?
