HDRP on 2019.1 b9 not working on updated project from 2018.3

    I keep getting this error so I cant go into play mode.

    Copying assembly from 'Temp/com.unity.multiplayer-hlapi.Runtime.dll' to 'Library/ScriptAssemblies/com.unity.multiplayer-hlapi.Runtime.dll' failed

    A simple restart of the editor seems to have solved the problem.
