hi i recently updated project from URP to HDRP and to get my point lights or any lights to work apart from directional they need to be set to something huge like 400000000 lumen to be visable.

i have my sky directional light set to 100000 lux. i have included screenshots of my sun and sky and fog volume and post proccessing volume.

i am sure i have my exposer set correctly

    There's nothing wrong with it.
You're in realistic light intensity territory with HDRP, in URP there's no concept of it and you usually apply arbitrary light intensities with no relation to the real world.

Midday sunlight is so bright, that most other artificial light sources have no visual effect on the final scene.
