Hdrp - How Do You Deactivate Lights?

    When I use SetActive(false) on a gameobject with a light, it gets deactivated, all components too, but the light still shines. It stops, when I change the resolution...

    Seems like a bug to me or is there some new way in HDRP to deactivate lights?
    It's not baked or anything. What am I missing?
