[HDRP] CustomPassVolume can't add pass

    unity 2021.3.x hdrp 12.1.6

    Yo Cuz !

    In Windows platform CustomPassVolume feature is not available.
    In MAC platform has an error, but you can add pass. I'm x86 CPU.

    It's been several versions. When are you going to fix it? hdrp experience sucks......

    I wrote a little script. Bypass the editor add pass.......
