Question HDRP Cinemachine volume motion blur problem

    Hi,

    Right now whenever a timeline starts, or cutting to another vcam in the timeline:
    The motion blur will not apply to the moving object for 1 - 4 frames which is not good to the eye.
    Frame1:

    Cut to another shot, motion blur is absent, frame 2:

    Motion blur is back, frame 3

    Why is that and is there anyway to solve this problem?
