    New Project, HDRP 2021.3.7 Scene View Always Black Game View looks correct

    What are some settings to try to fix this issue?
    Is there some sort of HDRP Lighting setting, or Player settings that need to be on?

    Laptop with S***y intel HD 4000

    Unity 2021 URP + Suburb Neighborhood House Pack
    Works as expected.


    12 Core AMD + Nvidia GTX1070

    Unity 2021.3.7 HDRP + Suburb Neighborhood House Pack
    Scene view is black, Sky box off/on does nothing useful.
