Feedback HDRP 14/15+ integration

    Unity developers, could you rewrite HDRP 14/15+ from ground up and refactor it to use less space for API/library and less space for Packages and simpler shader API.

    Maybe 4 or 5 times smaller in size if not more. As much as possible.

    I think this should be discussed across all teams to examine how to design HDRP integration so that doesn't weight down script re/compilation and editor responsiveness at all.

    HDRP should have zero friction on script re/compilation and editor workflow.
