Feedback [HDRP 12.1.7] DecalProjector.OnEnable in editor eats up a lot of CPU time

    Semi-small amount of decals spawned in editor cause significant CPU time spikes (Ryzen 3950x):

    Most of the time spent @ the MaterialEditor & ShaderGUIUtility. Note that no selection is done / inspector is drawn during profiling.

    Drops FPS by a lot in editor, pretty nasty.
