Audio Have Music Player Use External Folder On The Desktop

Originally we were using a different Music player but because they depreciated some value we were unable to figure out how to fix it, so we found a different music player here:

I sent the guy who made it a question asking him how to have the music player load songs from a desk top folder say something like:
80s

And i even posted the question on his product link down in the comments sections but this was well over 2 weeks ago and he never responded.

Is anyone familiar with that particular music player and knows how we would use a desk top folder for the music files?
