Has shader compilation become the speed limiter now?

    Trying 2020 & HDRP on a fast PC there is little to slow things down until you need to compile shaders.
    Blue materials waiting for an update, shader graph previews - all these delays which never existed in old graphics pipelines are present in HDRP, even with a fast PC.
    Is there any hope of speeding this up?
