Hand painted Sky box test

    Well I know it dousn't look like mutch :p but it took long enough to paint. I started with an idea that I got off of a coment Neil made in the IRC. What I did was UV the 6 sides of a cube onto a very large texture (4096) I then painted this cube in Body Paint (I'm asuming you could do the same with Maya paint tools). I'm not to profishent in Body Paint though so I took the texture into PhotoShop for a bunch of polishing. Then I cut out the 6 faces and resised each of them to 1024. After some messing around with rotating them I got them to map corectly in Unity. Jeff

    That's a nice approach. I had never thought of painting directly on a cube to make skybox, but you got some really good results.
