    Hey. :-D

I'm working on this simple yet cute animal character pack for the asset store:

I have them rigged and currently I've made two animations for each (idle and move).

    Check the animations webplayer link!

It obviously needs a lot of animations, but I would like to prioritize a bit... ask you what animations would most people need. Oh, and they are not going to use mecanim, at least not for now... until I figure out some glitches, so it'll be legacy animation for now D-:

But then it means I must do every animation x4, plus I'd like to personalize them for each character anyway.

So I was thinking something like:

    Jump
    Take Damage
    Die

And maybe know if there's anything specific that can help you when developing your game... for example, I would like to know, Jump animation is a priority, right? so do you rather have a whole jump up and down animation, and you rather slice it and manage it yourself; OR maybe you rather have a "going up" and "going down" mid air animations, and you'll build a jump animation with those. This is just an example, I think i'll be animating it both ways... but you know what I mean.

    Thank you!

    WOOHOO!!
    THANK YOU GUYS!!

Haha! Thank you! I'll get started with a basic set of animations then!

Btw I made a little mobile test. While character would be considered high poly for mobile (2.5k tris in average) and have heavy materials, I've still got a nice fps (no scenery, of course, but 8 full characters simultaneously... I'm happy!).

    Test device Samsung Galaxy S3

    These are so perfect!

I would say you should consider having a couple 'flavor' animations that are good for beginnings/endings of a level.
    - Things like a starting state that might be something like them sleeping.
    - And several sorts of 'ending' reactions, that are for success/failure (like a little dance, and a dejected sigh).
