Feedback GUI: Package Manager needs a right click menu & consistency

    repro:
    I want to remove a few default packages, right click on package : nothing, click on package, move mouse to the bottom right click on remove move mouse to the top left, repeat
    that's a lot of movement for not much so we need right click menu on that baby.
    also things like "remove" "update" are usually at the top of a window.
