Group Unity Instances together

Using Ubuntu, when I have have multiple projects open, they're all named Unity. In other applications (like PhpStorm), when multiple projects are open I see several vertical dots to the left of the icon, and then I view the application, there are named instances that indicate what project is open.

I'm finding it difficult to navigate between Unity applications, it would be great to have them grouped and labeled in such a way as to make navigation easier.
