I am running Unity 5 with an old Dell pushing the Vista SP2, Pentium(R) Duel-Core CPU, 3.0g RAM, 32-bit OS and an Intell(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family video and sound processor. The Unity 5 program is working like a charm, as far as I can tell. Unity 5 is my first experience with working with a game engine. It is actually the first time I have attempted any kind of programing. I have managed to get the game to work quite well with Unity 5. My problem occurs when I try to start the "Stand Alone". The first time I "built" the game, I used the default settings. I clicked on the ".exe", I got the Unity start screen then I got a grey screen with nothing but my count text visible. The second time I "built" the game, I changed the build setting to not include the Direct 11 settings. Still I get the same as the first time. I also tried playing both setting on the "Simple" graphics setting. Still the same thing. Is my pc simply to old? Or is there something I can do to resolve this problem? I Have another question. Why don't I have any shadows? The tutorial said that they would automatically be there. I am including a link to a Youtube video I made showing the game start up from both profiles as well as showing all of my settings in Unity and the game working in Unity. Allow me to thank you all in advance for any help you may be able to provide. Thank You....www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jo-ryl7l0cQ

Up Date. I have gotten tired of waiting for any kind of response. So I took a small gamble and risked getting my one good hand cut off at the shoulder. I loaded the program to a thumb drive and plugged it in to my wifes PC. Hers is a bit newer and generally isn't touched by anyone but herself. I was able to play the game from the thumb drive. It worked well. I even had shadows! This solves the problem and answers my both my questions with only one response needed.. YES my PC is just to old. Thank you to everyone who did view my post, in an attempt to help out.
