Using 2019.1.7f & HDRP 5.7.2, sometimes when a particle is overlapping with a particle emitting light (itself too) from the particle system light module I get a green overlay thingy over my screen, only when looking at the particle, distance and angle have a part it in too apparently.

It only happens with high light values, is this because I didn't set the light up properly for the HDRP or did I do something wrong in the shader?
    here's a video showing it:

Okay, so this isn't just related to the particle system, it's caused by anything sending high light values when bloom is used, turning the "prefilter" option in the bloom settings lead to a black screen instead of a green overlay, nothing else seems to make a difference.

if any mods want to edit the title to reflect the new information feel free, I don't see the option to do it myself.
