    Hi

Just started using Playmaker and no matter what I do or tutorials I follow my Player gravity is always like its moving through custard :(

How do you correct this, is it something that affects the latest version of Unity because the tutorials I am looking at dont have the same issue ?

    Thanks

Hard to know exactly what you mean here so best to describe exactly what you get rather than use a rough analogy but it does sound like you're rendering at the wrong scale so that large distances are being rendered small and thus forces like gravity seem to have a small effect. There are other reasons you might be seeing this though.

A good video describing this can be found here:

I had a similar problem with an FPS, where the player moved super slow for no apperant reason(speed should be 8, moves at 2-3, wtf)

Turns out my jet pack script F***ed up the drag number while on ground so i was too swimming in hummus ;)

Do check your scale like melv suggested
