    //-----UPDATE---------------------------------

    Temporary version for the dear unity community:
    http://www.interactive-illusions.com/GravBall/GravBall.html

    //--------------------------------------------

    Hi Unity-lovers,

    Here's a sneak preview (video-capture) from our submission!
    I know it isn't the best quality, but hey, you'll probably get to play it in a few days I guess...

    http://www.fadingmoments.com/Game/GravBall_sneek.mov

    ...I hope my server can handle this... :D

    Here's a screen for those of you that are on slowband, or when my server crashes!

    The game has been in development ever since TOPDOG was announced, mostly during the evenings...
    I had graphic support by Wim Houben and some support of some very cool music producers: Gtronic, Somebody's going down tonight and Wulle!
    Also thanks to my girlfriend that didn't get enough attention :)
    AND the whole community for being so supportive and friendly! Thanks

    Grtz,
    kaaJ

    Glad I got in early to see the gameplay vid ( before the crash ). I really like this style of game and think you've done an excellent job. Well done :)

    P.S: Love the way it looks too ...

    That's actually very neat! Reminds me of Chiral, visually.

    Thanks for your the feedback guys!
    I spent a lot of time creating it, so it really means a lot to me ;-)

    And BTW, I never heard of chiral but yeah, there seems to be a link!

    Cheers,

    Any updates on this one? Too busy playing with 2.0 is my guess.

    Definitely the most polished-looking Unity game I have seen so far.

    I don't like the music, though.

    Thanks a lot Jessy!

    Yeah, not everyone likes elektro, but I think it matches the "atmosphere"...

    Fantastic game mate, I love how you can slam the balls in between others to make the right connections, great stuff :)

    I liked the game :)

    Here are a few suggestions :

    The background was not matching the player color in firefox.

    Can't you do distance comparisons instead of actually using what is touching what? Or make the triggers bigger? It seems that things don't pop even when they are right next to eachother. Right off the bat this will make it too easy but you can change things to offset that, like making more colors.

    Maybe add drag on the balls after they have touched the main cluster? They move around on the surface too much, which makes it hard to just spray balls at like colored areas and have things work out right. Seems like that would be the style you are aiming for, more arcade fast action rather than placing things carefully one by one.

    Hey thanks for all the replies!

    Yoggy:
    The firefox and IE problem is very strange, I've spend hours on it... didn't find the problem. Any suggestions? I'm just using a regular jpg without color profile.

    Also, the collision sphere is indeed bigger than the sphere itself, about 5 units... I can make it a bit bigger, that not a problem.

    As for the drag... yeah, that's something that would help I guess. I already implemented intergravity between same-colored balls to improve this.

    Thanks
