Bug Grass Glitching and changing color HDRP

    As you see the grass becomes other colors than the color i want, ive already looked arround for all of this glitching badness but most are for urp or just the general 3d preset. Also changing colors to grey or removing the billboard setting or just changing the code (wich i also tried)
    i can fix this by removing shadows but then i ofcourse dont have shadows anymore

    This is in HDRP, 2019.3.14f1

    any fixes?
