Grass distance doesn't seem accurate.

    I have grass distance maxed to 250, and usually this is far enough but for some reason it is not rendering as far as usual. Even tho it says 250, it looks more like 50 or 100 at max. Could this be because my terrain is too large? Terrain is 2000 x 3500. My other scene is like 1000 x 1500 and it looks fine there. Any help?

    Could also be the quality settings you are using do not match your build settings and one or the other is overriding it for some fun reason, double check ;)

    How do you check quality settings for grass?

    Doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the grass itself.. It would be your quality settings for the editor/game mode.

    Oh I see what you are saying. What setting should I look at under quality?

    Quality settings have nothing to do with it. Have you checked your near and far z buffer ranges for the camera?

    if someone have this problem again go to the grass and scroll down to the material shader and click the small
    arrow left then scroll to Surface imputs and change cull far start and cull far distance to a higher number in my case it worked

    Please can you be more specific where to find this? What do you mean go to the grass? if i select the terrain there is no grass section and there is no material eather
