Bug Graphics glitch on Scene tab

Hello all,

I've recently been getting into coding, and I have been working with the Unity editor for about a week. That being said, apologies if this question has already been asked (I've looked everywhere).

I've been doing this Unity tutorial on YouTube, and we've been creating this 2D game. I noticed that as I 'zoomed out' of the Scene tab, I'd get these weird vertical lines of purple and green pixels. I've already tried restarting my computer twice, so I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or Unity itself.

Does anyone know what this kind of issue would be called? Any ideas on how to fix this?
