googleMobileAds and googlePlayGamePlugin confliction, cant open apk

i read a lot of things and watched a lot of videos but i am trying to solve this problem for two whole days. i feel very nervous and i cant find any solution.
my problem is i import googleMobileAds and googlePlayGamePlugin, and after that i can build apk but apk doesnt work!!
in here this video was posted, i also tried with a new project with this video, still cant find a solution.

the build succeeds but when starting it on android it won't load right?

Provide the device logs, filter for "unity" case insensitive. And please define "doesn't work", do you get an error, etc? How are you debugging on the device? https://forum.unity.com/threads/how-to-capturing-device-logs-on-android.528680/
