    Same story. Game is in store for 10 days but unity can't find its ID

    May you provide the link to your app in Google Play Store? I will check them for you.
    Or it is better that you open a support ticket through unityads-support@unity3d.com.

    I've been having the same problem, my game has been out for 11 days on both App Store & Play Store and unity can't find both store ids :(

    I found a workaround for this.Go to "Growth" - "User Acquisition", in there click "Add App" and paste in your store URL, when it shows your games icon and name you can close it and now you can add the store ids.

    Hi Halli_Games, Naxorst, individualbasketball1681, and Kofiro,

    I am sorry that you all have the same problem. You can go to the Dashboard and try to Grow > Acquire > App. Then you can press Add app to add your own app links. After they are added, you should be able to link their ids in Project Settings.
