Google Play Store has marked game Offline when it's not

Hi,

I'm getting one star reviews because players are disappointed that the game is not offline. In the Google Play Store there is this tag, where the game is marked as "offline". How could that be removed?

There is no tag for "offline" in the Google Play Console > Store settings > Tags.

And in the Unity Player Settings I have Internet Access: Require.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I tried to google it but couldn't find any answer.

 

Hi, one player sent me a screenshot (below) about the issue. This is what you see on the Google Play store on device. Google is marketing the game as "offline" for some reason causing lots of one star reviews.

This game needs an internet connection to get correct time (since it's an idle game) from my server, and also to load assets with Unity Addressables.



This is what my Player Settings look like. Internet access is Required.
