Starting from a few days ago, I can't upload my project anymore because it says "This app is available for Android 14 and above, but your current Play Billing Library (PBL) version doesn't support Android 14. To specify the latest Android version, update the PBL to version 5.2.1 or later." Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? Thanks a lot.

I will guess that the solution starts somewhere with this line:

Google runs both a search engine and a very detailed archive of documentation about their packages.

Unity has play billing software that also has documentation.

What have you found so far?

How to report your problem productively in the Unity3D forums:

    http://plbm.com/?p=220

This is the bare minimum of information to report:

    - what you want
    - what you tried
    - what you expected to happen
    - what actually happened, log output, variable values, and especially any errors you see
    - links to documentation you used to cross-check your work (CRITICAL!!!)

The purpose of YOU providing links is to make our job easier, while simultaneously showing us that you actually put effort into the process. If you haven't put effort into finding the documentation, why should we bother putting effort into replying?

When we want to update our game we now get the following error in Google Play Console:
"This app targets Android 14 or later, but your current Play Billing Library version does not support Android 14. Please update your PBL version to 5.2.1 or 6.0.1 or later to target the latest Android version."

I suspect the IAP package needs to be updated of Unity. In the Changelog (https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.purchasing@4.9/changelog/CHANGELOG.html) I see that with version [4.8.0] - 2023-04-12 the PBL package is updated from version 4.0.0 to 5.1.0.

Downgrading from SDK 34 to 33 still does not fix this problem for Unity latest build of 2020, trying to download and install 2022.3.8f1 and see if that fixes this issue, i noticed they only mention android 14, not android sdk 33 or 34, and we can't publish to android 14, it must be 33+, so this fix is only relevant to 14?
