I forgot when but I think it was Jun 2019 that the deadline was where new apps uploaded to Google play had to be 64 bit compatible. I rushed through my current project to make sure it was released before this deadline (as a 32-bit game). The process of making it also a 64-bit game seemed simple enough but it keeps giving me issues. In order for Google play to except the new update, you have to render it as an ABB (google play bundle) file. Well, I uploaded it and made the mistake of rolling it out. Now it works on less than half of the previously compatible devices. I have a Galaxy S5 (old yes I know) and Google play says the game is not compatible on my device even though if I render it as a regular APK and put it directly on my phone it works fine. I've tried just about everything and am not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't Google Play give you the ability to roll out different versions of your app for different phones?

I think it used to be that way but now they won't let you upload anything that isn't 64-bit compliant. The point of the ABB bundle is for google to determine which version of the game should be installed on your phone but it is not working that way.
