"Google Analytics Plugin for Unity" and "Sunsetting the Google Analytics Services SDKs"

Hi, I have been using the "Google Analytics Plugin for Unity" to track data from Windows and OSX Unity applications. This has been working with Google Analytics Properties set for "Mobile App Data".

However, now with the sunsetting of Google Analytics Services SDKs, I find I am unable to create new properties set for "Mobile App Data". The new option to create a Mobile App Property through Firebase only allows you to create an IOS or Android application.

I am unsure how I am supposed to connect a Unity Windows/OSX desktop application to Google Analytics with this new process. I may be missing something obvious, any help would be appreciated.
