Have you complete making a pong game?

Ask right questions, you will get right answer.
But don't ask others to make whole game for you. You need learn from basics.

The link I gave you will take you through all the steps to use that software, which is the Unity engine.

Here we mostly talk Unity, which is a software tool for making games. But using Unity does require a lot writing code.

If you want to make a game without writing code, try starting with something like scratch or game maker. These still require you to create code, but do so with a visual language so you aren't writing the code.

Eventually you will grow beyond these tools and want to learn to write code yourself. At which point check out the Unity learn section.

I mean... you're posting in the forums for one such software. It's called Unity.
