Good Depth of Field for Orthographic cameras?

    Title says it all really. I'm looking for a depth of field 'distance blur' that's compatible with an orthographic camera.

    I've tried Post Processing v2 and Legacy Image effects DoF but neither seem to work.

    If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
