Bug globalgamemanagers.assets is corrupted, why?

Hi everyone,

So after clean building my game from Unity 2021.1.0 until Unity 2022.1.4, and starting it, Unity crashes immediately where in the log has been stated that the globalgamemanagers.asset is corrupt.

What could be the cause of the globalgamemanagers.assets file being corrupted?
Is there like... an infinite list of possibilities that could happen or are there specific things we should pay attention to?
