Resolved global lighting is acting weird URP 2D

    my global light in my scene is normally set to one, however in dark areas i want to set it to 0 and give the player a torch, but when my global light is set to 0, literally no lights show up in the scene, it looks like instead of setting the light layer its just adding a black screen over the game, at different opacities,
