Tile Map Glitches in prefab mode

When editing a tile map in prefab mode, the "cursor" tile often remains visible. I can't really pinpoint when it happens, but often there are some lingering tiles in my map which are not actually set, and I believe it's the cursor tile that doesn't get cleaned up properly.

This gets annoying because sometimes I don't know which layer it's in, and I have to check all layers to see if something is wrong in my map, or if it's just the glitch again.
