Hi, all my new website is up, featuring my 3d models, games, applications and stuff.
There is also a forum, I would like to start building a little community there.
    Whoever would join is welcome!

What is the website URL? It's not listed in your post.

To be honest there is nothing interesting on the site besides the sink model you have up. The site itself is pretty bare. And I'm a little confused as to what you want people to say about it? Comment on your models? The overall layout?

    No.
Looked at it, didn't find anything to catch my attention.

P.S. Just for my info, why do you need to borrow from some other people personality in order to build your presence on the web? From what i seen your site has nothing to do with GJ.

Because my name is William Stonewall Jackson Andrews, and I love the confederacy!
I'm making a Confederate Flag model now.

You need to completely rewrite your site to make it look more professional if your going to make some sales on there methinks.

Why, the confederacy and its succession revolved primarily around the maintenance and expansion of slavery?

[Note: This is not a judgement or a slam, I am just wondering]

Oh, and your site is fine for a first go around, but I have to agree that there is not much to latch onto from a community perspective.

Well, There was a lot more to the confederacy than slavery.
Slavery wasnt a main part of it either.
The confederacies top General was against slavery.
But thats a whole diferent thing.
Check my site again, I redid it, and it looks MUCH better!
Oh, theres a new board, the WIP board!

It does look better, but it still isn't quite there in my opinion.

You could start by making some more models. The site has an application, three models, and a small forum. I would work on making more content for the site and revamp your artwork. To be brutally honest, there is just nothing interesting about your site right now.

I like that you have the drive to set up a business trying to make money out of your 3D-work but the quailty is ,to be honest, way to low at the moment.
If you are passionate about 3D then work on your skills first and enjoy the process of learning, getting better rather than see it as a business to make money out of. Like in all areas you have to learn the trade before making a living out of it. Stick with it, get tips and tricks from forums like cgtalk.com and enjoy it as a hobby at this moment. It usually takes many years of practice to get to a competetive level in this field.

I'm sorry if I come off as rude or harsh. I just want to give you my honest opinion, not discourage you.

Good luck and keep at it!

Thanks, but these dont exactly represent my skills.
I put them together rather quickly, except for the sink which I beleive is good quality.
The other models are just placeholders for now.
Thanks for responding, and I didnt take it offensively in the least :D
If anyone would like to give any suggestions that would be great.
Check back every week or two for updates.
