What if I want to provide GIF creation functionality within the Unity exported windows build?
Basically I don't want any functionality within the Unity Editor but I want to give the functionality of GIF creation within the actual program that I have developed.
Is this possible with this plugin?

This does not work in unity 2019.1.14f1 nor does it work in 2019.4.13f1 I tried the demo scene and it didnt in neither version. The recording progress doesnt move. the only time it works is when im using the "Record everything (slow)" method which is rather ineffective.
