Getting Universal RP Package Installed ( ver 2021.3..)

Hello,

I downloaded the Universal RP via the Package Manager. However, from the inside Unity Hub there is no option to choose called Universal Rendering Pipeline ( Universal RP ) available. I tried restarting Unity, as well as my computer as a whole. But that made no difference.

I assayed to try getting it sorted from inside the Unity editor itself ( outside of the Hub ) by starting a new 3D Core based project ( instead of Universal RP ). Then, from inside the Editor I right-click on the Project pane to select Create > Universal RP > Rendering Pipeline Asset, however, there is no option listed post Create called Universal RP. So I don't seem to be able to create my own rendering pipeline asset doing it this way either.

It's about mid-May 2022 and I'm using version 2021.3.2f21 Personal edition of Unity.

Anyone experience this similar issue?
